Our new remote course RECORDING ENGINEERING is net AUDIO ENGINEERING where we will work with software professional of audio and will see in depth the fundamental elements of a study of AUDIO PROFESSIONAL, also we will see very many tricks and secrets of several decades of producing and musical engineers. The application practices of the proportions of EQUALIZATION, COMPRESSION, EFFECTS, PANNING, AND MIXTURE RATIOS according to each instrument and musical style to obtain results of great quality in recording and amplification of audio.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE COURSE:

To have approved our previous course: PROFESSIONAL SEMINARY OF TECHNOLOGY IN SOUND or to have a level of equivalent knowledge.

IMPLEMENTATION NECESSARY TO TAKE THE COURSE:

Computer Pentium type, with a minimum 256 in ram and 600 mhz of speed, with kit basic multimedia: cd player and a pair of basic loudspeakers. In addition for the work to final evaluation a recorder of CD for the final mixtures.

2. AUDITORY COMPLEMENT: Cd's with innumerable examples related to the manual of the course

3. TRACKS TO WORK IN THE STUDY: Material multitrack to work with the given professional softwares next to the course and for the works of final evaluation: CLASSIC ROCK, STANDARD JAZZ, OPERATE, BALLAD, FOLK, INSTRUMENTAL JAZZ, HEAVY ROCK, MATERIAL OF TV. Single material wav to analyze and to publish: DRUMS, VOICES TO CAPELLA, FLAMENCO, JAZZ, ROCK.

4.SOFTWARES OF the COURSE: A complete Seth of softwares between which we included ADOBE AUDITION, COOL EDIT, SOUND FORGE and JAMMER PRO among others, that constitute a modern recording studio. The installation requirements are basic a Pentium computer.

5. Manual annexed material, and Bibliography of reference for Engineers but of 1000 pages with complete guides and tutorials of software but used in AUDIO ENGINEERING.

GUIDELINES OF EVALUATION OF THE COURSE

The evaluations of the present course will be mainly YOU PRACTICE, and will depend only and exclusively on their abilities of understanding of the fundamental matter of our art.

They are 3 tasks to make:

TASK 1: To make a CD MASTERS, according to 2 attached discs in version multicrushes for ADOBE AUDITION o COOL EDIT discs will have artistic and to be technically mixed according to each one of its styles. And our specifications for each case. The styles with the information multicrush are: IT OPERATES, STANDARD JAZZ (vocal), INSTRUMENTAL JAZZ (saxo), ROCK HEAVY, CLASSIC ROCK, POP BALLAD, FOLK, ETHNIC. These subjects will have professionally to be worked mixed published and masterizados with our softwares according to the indications that we will give him during the course. 3 MEMORY TO CHOOSE TO I TITLE RECORDING ENGINEER:

Its memory, a written work, will turn on a subject given by the School and related to the operation of some basic subject of audio that we will assign to him like for example one of the softwares with which the student already will be familiarized to make this memory, we will give the bibliographical written material him, graphical and annexed related to the subject so that the future Engineer in Audio elaborates it.

This work will be of an extension of 30 pages like minimum, and indications with respect to the format were used given by the School: Type and size of letter, interlineado between paragraphs, etc.

FINAL NOTE

History of our Institution:

In year 1993 we initiated our courses and seminaries in the Faculty of Arts of the University of Chile, with the auspice of famous company TEAC-TASCAM of Japan, through its representatives in Chile and of their own president Norio Tamura. Thus initiating our Academy. The SCHOOL OF MUSIC AND SOUND TECHNOLOGY next to their director and collaborator, have participated in numerous opportunities giving consultant's office in the musical and educative projects of the Department of Culture of the Ministerial Secretary of Education presenting/displaying their technical and pedagogical collaboration, taking education to diverse institutions of Santiago of Chile.

After 2 years of operation, with date 24 of March of the 1995, the Department of Culture of the Ministerial Secretariat of Education of the Republic of Chile granted its Sponsorship to us, which figure in our diplomas and certificates until today.

In December of 1996 the recognition came to our educative work by means of a premiaci󮠴hat I am made in the Hotel HYATT REGENCY of Santiago. Organized by the Own Department of Culture of the Ministerial Secretariat De Educaci󮬠and the FAIR OF the DISC, the distributing company of important music but of Chile.

The 19 of November of 1998, came the accreditation from EUROPE INTERNATIONAL STUDIES, granting their recognition like Recording Engineering to Ramon Freire Flores, founder and director of the MUSIC SCHOOL AND TECHNOLOGY IN SOUND certified by the Engineers of Sound Tommy Aperia and Sven Ardonius of SWEDEN. Soon other recognitions came and collaborations for our academy, which has been translated in a invaluable benefit for our students, we also have lent collaboration as well giving our support to different institutions through our permanent consultant's office to which they ask for it.

 

In Julio of the 2000 we were invited to the Kingdom of Sweden, by Tommy Aperia, legendary musician, composer, winner of several GOLDEN RECORDS, Engineer in Sound, Professor of the prestigious University of Uppsala where valuable pedagogical material was donated to us to benefit the students who participate in our courses.

Similar collaboration we were in other countries, thus extending our sphere of influences in education and international collaboration, for direct benefit of all those that participate with us.

 

 

In August of 2007 we visited AR STUDIOS, in BRAZIL, from where we brought a wonderful pedagogical material to live include in the constant update of our courses and remote seminaries and.

Located next to beaches of Rio de Janeiro, with several GRAMMY prizes to its salary and artists of the STING stature.

Preferred by Engineers of recording like EDDIE KRAMER, a legend by his creative work like engineer in productions of artists like LED Zepellin, Jimmi Hendrix, Santana, They go Pull ahead, Steve Vai, Peter Frampton, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, John Lennon, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Traffic, Peter Frampton, Carly Simon, Joe Cocker, Johnny Winter, David Bowie, The Cure, Bad Company, Whitesnake, Dionne Warwick, John Williams, Sammy Davis, and the mythical festival of WOODSTOCK, between a myriad of musical stars for all time.

At the moment we have own Facilities, agreements with other studies, for educative aims. We made live seminaries in different institutions. And in any place of the orb where our presence is required. And obvious in INTERNET our courses at a distance.

With date 2 of November of the 2000, the Government of Chile through Department of Culture Of the Ministerial Secretariat of Education gave to a new recognition and sponsorship to us,

Now in the present we took professional Education beyond our borders, thanks to our parents, friends and collaborator, and to that invisible light that guides us by the way of the life.

Participating in addition as Engineer to Recording and Mixtures in musical productions of varied styles.
